Clint Capela Contract & Salary

Clint Capela is on the books for $7,035,000 in 2026-27, the 9th largest cap hit on the Houston Rockets roster and 3.5% of the team's $200.4M payroll.

That ranks 217th among the 434 players with a 2026-27 salary on the books, and eats 4.3% of the $165.0M salary cap.

The deal has 2 seasons left on it, running through 2027-28, worth $14,405,000 in guaranteed money.

The money climbs as it goes: $7,035,000 in the first year up to $7,370,000 in the last, a 5% rise across the deal.

Every remaining year is fully guaranteed — no options and no non-guaranteed money, so the full amount is owed regardless of what happens.

At 32, this contract runs through his age-33 season, so the back end lands after the usual peak.

He is the 9th highest-paid of the 14 players on the roster, in the middle of the pay structure.

He is one of 14 players on the Houston Rockets' books for 2026-27, whose 2026-27 salaries add up to $200,413,923.

Houston Rockets sit at $200.4M in payroll and are currently classified Over Cap, with +$8.6M of room below the first apron.
